Nobelist Gerd Binnig founds “Definiens” with the goal of “Undestanding Images”

Dr. Gerd Binnig who won the Nobel prize, while at IBM, for Scanning Tunneling Microscopes has founded a company Definiens (in 1994) with the goal of understanding images.
